We host weddings and receptions on Fridays, Saturdays + Sundays. No other weekdays.
Venue Rental Period + OveragesVenue is accessible from 1:00pm - 1:00am to include setup, event time and clean up.
All vendors being access at 1pm. Last song + Last call for the bar at 10:55 pm. All guests must exit by 11:30 pm. End times will be enforced by venue staff and security. Catering + Bar ServicesEureka Building works with preferred vendors for catering, beverage, and coordinating/or planning.
We allow food trucks or cart vendors for a $250 fee per truck. We allow outside caterers for a fee of $1,000. We do not allow outside bartenders. Each of our bar service vendors offer BYO for our venue. Wedding RehearsalsWe allow for a complimentary 1-hour rehearsal to be scheduled based on availability against other weddings and events.
We provide a soft hold for wedding rehearsal requests more than 30-days out from wedding day and are able to confirm wedding rehearsals at exactly 30-days from wedding day. On-site ParkingParking at Eureka is complimentary and is available to your guests for no charge.
Overnight parking is also acceptable as we recommend all guests that plan on consuming alcohol call for other transportation from your event (Uber or Lyft). Venue Visits & Planning MeetingsIn addition to your initial visit with us during your venue search and your final walk through before your special day, we allow clients to stop by as often as they wish with proper notice required. Clients are also able to schedule appointments with their vendors to come by at anytime on their own with minimum 48-hour notice. Final venue walk-throughs are scheduled no earlier than 45-days out from wedding day and no later than two-weeks prior.
SecurityAs a safety precaution, we require a security guard for the core hours of your event. The fee is $200 for 5 hours.
We require 1 guard for every 140 guests. The security fee + local sales tax are invoiced no later than 1-week prior to your wedding day. TrashVenue provides trash cans with rental along with trash bags + other liners.
Venue staff is responsible for emptying all venue trash cans. BYO AlcoholAll weddings may supply their own alcohol (beer, wine, champagne, and liquor).
There is no additional corkage fee(s) to bring in your own wine and champagne. Weddings that opt for a cash bar must secure necessary permits and licenses. Alcohol may be dropped off the day-prior to your wedding day although amount of storage available may depend on existing wedding schedule. Venue does not allow shots. Heaters, Ladders, & TentingVenue able to rent up to four heaters to clients for an additional rental of $60/heater. Additional heaters are subject to outside rental from a vendor.
Venue is not able to provide ladders to vendors or client for liability reasons. In the event of inclement weather, we now offer our large 50x90 event tent with flooring + lighting over what was our original "Helipad" space. Candles & SparklersVenue allows real candles. However, for safety we ask that they be contained or have some type of chimney cover.
Venue allows sparkler exits. Clients are required to provide all buckets, water, etc. We do not allow confetti or smoke bombs. Last Call & Event Wrap Up |
Our outdoor Park can accommodate up to 350 guests.
Getting Ready for Your CeremonyWe are pleased to now offer a space for storing of personal items, outfit changes, etc. While we don't recommend getting ready on property, it's a great nook to change or have a few private moments before your wedding!
Groom and Groomspeople alike are welcome to utilize our indoor Atrium space at no charge. On-Site Kitchen + RefrigerationWe do not offer an on-site kitchen, provide access to drinkable water, or have an ice machine. All Eureka preferred caterers are aware of our kitchen policy and provide proper estimations for their prep area in their proposals. Outside caterers will need to visit the venue prior to wedding day to see our venue and make appropriate pop-up kitchen plans.
RestroomsOur Park offers two restroom facilities that can accommodate most guest counts.
Our women's facility offers three private stalls and our men's facility offers one private stall + two additional urinals. Venue StaffingEureka's venue staffing is serviced by an outside vendor.
Eureka's venue staff functions as the point of contact for the venue on the day of your wedding and will work in tandem with your chosen Wedding Coordinator + hired vendors to ensure a smooth experience for all parties. Eureka's event staff will be on-site for setting of venue provided furniture based on layouts discussed during final planning meeting. Staff is on-site to oversee details involving venue-provided items, to work in support of supplying vendors with power sources, and other setup needs. We provide all client contact information to venue staff upon booking + they will reach out for invoicing and preparations no later than 30-days prior to your wedding day. Client Provided ItemsVenue staff is not responsible for the setup of any client personal items or execution of DIY items such as setting welcome table (guest book, card boxes, etc.) or any other decor.
Planners or weddings coordinators + their team are responsible for the setting out all personal items from couple. Power, WiFi, Lighting and SoundVenue offers sufficient power for standard wedding vendors such as one DJ/Emcee, Photo booth, and one additional vendor who may require a a designated 20-amp circuit.
Additional power requests will most likely require a generator. We will do our best to provide guidance on a power run during your final walk-through. Venue offers complimentary Wi-Fi that is suitable for use of DJ's + photo booth vendors. Our complimentary Wi-Fi is not intended to live stream weddings and additional considerations may be required for such needs. Venue offers ample market lighting along with most of our beautiful trees being wrapped in twinkle lights. Venue does not provide any sound equipment, sound panels, or microphones as this will typically come from your hired DJ or entertainment/band. SmokingCity of Irvine is considered a smoke-free city. However, we provide one smoking receptacle for attendees on the outside perimeter of the Park venue.

Waitstaff & BussingVenue staff is not responsible for waitstaff needs such as cleaning off of plates and clearing tables.
This service can most likely be added through your caterer, however this is not a service food trucks or most taco cart vendors offer. It is a requirement of the venue that for all weddings held on-site that waitstaff/bussers are hired through the end of reception to manage food & beverage trash to ensure it goes into our provided trash cans. We are happy to recommend waitstaff vendors to you. |
